GENERAL FEATURES
2137 Machines are designed for processing wood, plastic, aluminum and light metal or similar materials. This machines can perform standard routing and surface treatment. Machine structure designed according to mass production logic. Its flexible structure can be adapted for customers requirement. Special software for manufacturing of cabinets and doors enables easy production from design to the final product. CNC CHASSİS DESİGN Chassis of the machinec is completely made of electro-welded steel. This structure provides trouble-free use under tough production conditions. Mechanical structure of CNC router ensures the highest level of precision. WORKİNG TABLE STRUCTURE There are automatically controlled reference bars on the X and Y axis. Reference bars provide precise fixing and guarantee maximum precision rates. The machine has 8 vacuum points as standard feature, optionally the vacuum areas can be increased according to customer needs.
MOVEMENT ALONG AXIS Axis movements are done via rack and pinions and there are two servo motors on each side of the bridge for the X Axis. Axis Speed: X - Y Axis 60 m / min. Z Axis Speed : 20m / min.

It has 4 different operation unis as shaper unit, turning unit, detailed milling unit and sanding unit.
Technical Specifications
Shaper unit can use for the flat surfaces and rough turning operations. It has 7,5kw AC Cutter Motor and dia. 120mm h:180mm Cutter for shaping.
Detailed milling unit can make detail shaping, drilling, mortising, engraving etc. finish jobs. The rotatable milling head (to both side 90 degrees) can make all specific requirements of the workpiece. The electrospindle has an automatic tool changing system and 5 position tool magazine.
Turning unit can make the turned parts easily and fast with V form gauger cuter. It can cut both two directions of the X-axis.
The sanding unit can clean the flat surfaces and straight round surface easily.
